How to use ANQ
ANQ IS FREE for the main marketplace. Use these steps whether you are looking for work, hiring, publishing a service, browsing companies, or building visibility.
Create a free account
Register with accurate information, choose the right account flow and keep access to official ANQ pages only.
Complete your profile or listing
Add real names, titles, locations, skills, descriptions, images, links and contact-safe details so other users can understand what you offer.
Use the right section
Jobs are for vacancies, Tasks are for work requests, Services are for offered services, Companies are for business profiles, Talents and Job Seekers are for people, and Academies are for learning providers.
Search, apply, offer or contact
Browse relevant pages, compare details, send applications or offers and communicate clearly before agreeing scope, timing, delivery or compensation.
Agree terms directly
ANQ does not hold project funds. Users agree employment terms, service terms, project scope, delivery and compensation directly with each other.
Promote only when useful
A normal item remains usable for free. Choose Boost, Badge, Top placement, Homepage placement or Label placement only when you want extra visibility.
Free access and optional paid visibility
Free core access
Registration, profiles, normal browsing, listings, applications, offers, communication and main marketplace workflows do not require a subscription or credit package.
Boost
Boost increases visibility for an eligible item for a selected duration. Personal Boost can apply to Tasks, Services, Talents and Job Seeker profiles. Commercial Boost can apply to Jobs, Companies and Academies.
Badges
Badges such as Pick Me, Urgent, Featured, Verified, Available Now and Top Rated are visibility signals. They do not guarantee jobs, hires, sales, leads or rankings.
Placements
Top placement, Homepage placement and Label placement can place an eligible item in stronger discovery surfaces when available.
InecoBank checkout
Paid visibility is paid only through official ANQ and InecoBank checkout. The amount, bank fee, duration, item and payable total are shown before confirmation.
Fast answers
Do I need to pay to use ANQ?
No. ANQ IS FREE for core marketplace use. Payment is only for optional visibility tools.
Does ANQ keep project funds or escrow payments?
No. ANQ no longer holds project funds and does not act as a payment holder for work between users.
Do Boosts or Badges guarantee a result?
No. They can improve visibility, but they do not guarantee hiring, sales, leads, ranking, payment or business outcomes.
Where should I pay?
Use only the official ANQ flow and InecoBank checkout. Avoid off-platform payment requests claiming to sell ANQ visibility.
