These terms govern your use of ANQ. By using our platform, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Preamble
These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and ANQ.am Limited Liability Company ("ANQ.am", "Company", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the Republic of Armenia.
Effective Date: March 10, 2026. By accessing or using the ANQ.am platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2.1. By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Armenia.
2.2. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
2.3. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
2.4. Electronic acceptance of these Terms through the Platform interface, including clicking "I Agree" or similar buttons, constitutes valid acceptance under Armenian law, provided the authenticity of such acceptance can be verified.
2.5. ANQ.am reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
3. Section 3: Platform Services & Intermediary Status
3.1. ANQ.am operates as an intermediary platform that facilitates connections between Clients and Professionals. The Platform provides:
- User account management and verification services
- Task posting and bidding functionality
- Secure payment processing and billing status tracking
- Dispute resolution facilitation
- Communication tools between Users
- Employ, supervise, or control Professionals
- Guarantee the quality, safety, or outcome of Services
- Provide insurance or liability coverage for Users
- Assume responsibility for User conduct or interactions
- Act as an agent or representative of either Clients or Professionals
3.3. Service Agreements are entered into directly between Clients and Professionals. ANQ.am facilitates these agreements but does not guarantee their performance or outcome.
4. Section 4: User Accounts & Registration
4.1. To use the Platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Account Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid email address and phone number
- Government-issued identification for verification
- Accurate professional information (for Professionals)
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
4.2. You agree to immediately notify ANQ.am of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4.3. ANQ.am reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
4.4. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting ANQ.am support. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

No Warranty
4.5.3. ANQ.am makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any identity verification services or information provided through the Platform. Verification badges or icons are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee by ANQ.am.5. Section 5: User Obligations & Prohibited Activities
5.1. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and our Community Guidelines. 5.2. You agree to maintain professional conduct and treat all Users with respect and dignity.
Prohibited Activities:
- •Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
- •Violence, Threats, or Harm: Physical violence, assault, battery, threats of violence or harm, or any form of physical aggression against other Users
- •Harassment and Intimidation: Harassment, intimidation, stalking, bullying, or persistent unwanted contact, whether online or offline
- •Sexual Misconduct: Sexual harassment, sexual assault, inappropriate sexual behavior, or any form of sexual misconduct
- •Circumventing Platform payment systems or fees
- •Sharing false, misleading, or inaccurate information
- •Violating intellectual property rights of others
- •Posting illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- •Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
- •Interfering with or disrupting Platform operations
- •Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- •Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
- •Engaging in any activity that could cause physical, emotional, or psychological harm to other Users
Community Guidelines: 5.3. All Users must comply with ANQ.am's Community Guidelines, which establish standards for acceptable behavior, professional conduct, and prohibited activities on the Platform. Violations of the Community Guidelines constitute violations of these Terms.
6. Section 6: Pricing, Payments, Cancellations, and Chargebacks
This section explains how prices are displayed, how payments are authorized, how cancellations/refunds are handled, and how chargebacks are reviewed.
Pricing Disclosure
- -Each paid listing, subscription, or feature displays product/service scope and price before checkout.
- -The checkout page presents currency, quantity, platform fee, taxes (if any), and final total before payment confirmation.
- -Price updates apply prospectively and do not retroactively modify completed transactions.
Payment Authorization and Settlement
- -Cardholder authorization is required for all card-based payments.
- -Payments are processed through supported payment partners with dashboard-visible billing status records.
- -ANQ.am may reject, delay, or reverse a payment where fraud, legal, compliance, or technical risks are detected.
Cancellation and Refund Terms
- -Cancellation and refund outcomes depend on service status (not started, in progress, completed).
- -Refund requests must be submitted within the dispute/cancellation window defined in the Refund Policy.
- -Payment-processor fees may be non-refundable when legally permitted and transparently disclosed at checkout.
Chargeback Handling
- -Users should contact ANQ.am support first to resolve disputed transactions before initiating a chargeback.
- -ANQ.am may submit transaction records, service logs, and acceptance evidence to the acquiring bank/payment processor.
- -Abusive, fraudulent, or bad-faith chargeback activity may result in account restrictions or closure.
Liability Limitation for Payment Disputes
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ANQ.am's direct liability arising from payment-related disputes is limited to the amount paid for the specific disputed transaction, excluding consequential, indirect, or punitive damages.
