Ucom is looking for a Call Center Specialist to join its customer service team in Yerevan. The role involves handling customer calls, providing accurate information about Ucom services and products, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in accordance with company standards.
Обязанности
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Provide information about Ucom services, tariffs, and offers
- Register customer requests and inquiries in internal systems
- Resolve customer issues or escalate complex cases when required
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction standards
- Follow company procedures and communication guidelines
Требования
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Basic computer skills and system usage
- Ability to work in a shift-based environment
- Experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage
- Knowledge of telecom services is a plus
