Unlimit /Senior Account Manager

Unlimit is looking for a Senior Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of merchants and payment partners across APAC. This role focuses on account growth, acquiring business, merchant relationship management, identifying new commercial opportunities, upselling and cross-selling Unlimit solutions, and improving account performance through data-driven insights.
Обязанности
- Build and manage long-term relationships with key merchants and payment partners.
- Identify new business opportunities across existing and new accounts.
- Maintain and expand current merchant and partner relationships.
- Upsell and cross-sell Unlimit products and services.
- Monitor commercial KPIs and optimize account performance.
- Recommend improvements based on data and account insights.
- Work with regional and global teams to improve merchant experience.
- Represent Unlimit as a trusted commercial and payment partner.
- Manage multiple accounts, priorities, and stakeholders.
- Deliver results within challenging timelines.
Требования
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the payments industry.
- Strong understanding of acquiring, merchant services, or payment partnerships.
- Proven experience managing merchants or payment partners.
- Ability to grow accounts commercially.
- Experience with hunting and farming sales responsibilities.
- Strong upsell and cross-sell experience.
- Ability to analyze performance data and communicate insights clearly.
- Proactive, resilient, and self-starting mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Strong collaboration and cross-functional communication skills.
