Coca-Cola HBC Armenia is looking for a Portfolio Development Lead to support brand growth through marketing campaigns, promotional strategies, product launches, events, and market activations. This role focuses on developing and executing marketing initiatives, adapting marketing materials for the local market, managing marketing communications, coordinating suppliers and partners, and controlling marketing budgets.
Обязанности
- Develop marketing campaigns and promotional strategies for each brand.
- Ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Adapt, create, and activate marketing materials in the market.
- Monitor and manage marketing communications.
- Plan, manage, and control marketing budgets.
- Lead major marketing projects, product launches, and events.
- Coordinate suppliers and partner services.
- Support portfolio growth through strong project execution and market activation.
Требования
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG or Retail.
- Fluency in English and Russian.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Strong project management skills.
- Budget management experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, energetic, and passionate about marketing.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Creative, agile, and open to new challenges.
- Strong organizational skills.
