Frank AI is looking for a remote Real Estate Telemarketer based in Armenia to call Dubai landlords and property owners. This role focuses on finding rental and sale listing opportunities, collecting accurate property information, following up with owners, updating CRM or Google Sheets, and passing serious listing opportunities to the Dubai real estate team.
Обязанности
- Call Dubai property owners and landlords.
- Check if owners are open to renting or selling their properties.
- Collect full property details, including area, building name, unit type, bedrooms, size, asking rent or sale price, occupancy status, tenant status, tenancy expiry date, viewing availability, and owner contact details.
- Ask whether the property is already listed with other agents.
- Check if the owner is open to exclusive or non-exclusive listing.
- Follow up with property owners by WhatsApp when needed.
- Update all notes clearly in CRM or Google Sheets.
- Pass serious and verified property owners to the Dubai listing team.
- Focus on quality, accurate information, and real listing opportunities.
- Work according to Dubai time zone requirements.

- Real estate cold calling or property telemarketing experience is required.
- Strong English communication skills are required.
- Russian language skills are a strong advantage.
- Armenian language skills are a plus.
- Good understanding of rental and sale listings.
- Ability to speak professionally with landlords and property owners.
- Clear voice and confident phone manner.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Stable internet connection.
- Quiet workspace for calls.
- Ability to work according to Dubai time zone.
