CapsLock is hiring an AI Software Engineer for a remote full-time role. The position focuses on generative AI integration, AI transformation, autonomous AI agents, AI-powered workflow automation, and product development. The engineer will work with technical teams including Development, DevOps, Design, and QA, and will help identify opportunities to implement AI solutions across company workflows.

- Shape and develop AI-powered solutions for company products and internal workflows.
- Identify opportunities for AI transformation across the business.
- Architect and implement autonomous AI agents.
- Integrate generative AI providers into software systems.
- Develop supporting software code for AI-powered features and automation.
- Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Design, and QA teams.
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize deployed AI solutions.
- Support product development through practical AI integration.
Требования
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience developing and implementing solutions based on generative AI models.
- Proven experience developing functional AI agents and identifying AI transformation opportunities.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language.
- Experience with modern AI stacks is preferred, especially Python or TypeScript.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to work with cross-functional technical teams.
