Prop Firm Match Global – FZCO is hiring a Head of Product Design to lead UI/UX and product design across its platform. The role acts as a bridge between Product, Engineering, Growth, and Leadership, focusing on building a design culture that combines usability, speed, trust, and conversion. The position is responsible for creating an intuitive, trustworthy, and conversion-driven product experience that translates business goals and user needs into clear design systems, user flows, and high-quality product interfaces.
Обязанности
- Lead product design, UI/UX, and user experience strategy across the platform.
- Translate business goals and user needs into clear, intuitive, and conversion-focused product experiences.
- Build and maintain design systems, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality product interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Leadership teams.
- Improve usability, trust, product clarity, and conversion across key user journeys.
- Create a strong design culture focused on speed, usability, quality, and measurable product outcomes.
- Guide design decisions with a balance of user experience, business priorities, and technical feasibility.
Требования
- Strong experience in product design, UI/UX design, or product design leadership.
- Experience leading design strategy for web platforms, SaaS products, fintech products, or marketplace-style products.
- Strong portfolio showing user flows, interface design, design systems, and product thinking.
- Advanced Figma or similar design tool skills.
- Strong understanding of usability, conversion optimization, and user-centered design.
- Ability to collaborate with product managers, engineers, growth teams, and company leadership.
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and design leadership skills.
- Experience building or scaling design systems is an advantage.
