Deep Origin is hiring a Computational ADMET Scientist with deep expertise in drug metabolism to design and build predictive systems for Phase I and Phase II metabolic pathways. The role contributes to AI-driven tools that predict metabolic routes, enzyme or isoform involvement, sites of metabolism, regioselectivity, and metabolite toxicity to support safer and faster drug design.

- Design and build predictive systems for Phase I and Phase II metabolic pathways, contribute to AI-driven tools for predicting metabolic routes and enzyme involvement, work across data mining, statistical and kinetic modeling, cheminformatics, machine learning, and computational chemistry, and collaborate across a cross-functional scientific team.
Требования
- Deep expertise in drug metabolism, ability to work at the intersection of data mining, statistical and kinetic modeling, cheminformatics, machine learning, and computational chemistry, and comfort working fully remote.
