SportServe /Central Product Services Specialist

Sportserve is looking for a Central Product Services Specialist to join its 24/7 operations team in Yerevan. This role focuses on multi-product operational support across brands and departments, including bonus management, data analysis, customer issue resolution, withdrawal approvals, account management, reporting, and cross-departmental coordination.
Обязанности
- Check, award, and track bonuses across multiple products.
- Ensure timely and accurate bonus distribution according to promotional guidelines and company policies.
- Maintain detailed records of bonus transactions and updates.
- Gather and analyze data related to player statistics, product performance, and promotional effectiveness.
- Prepare reports and maintain specialized operational databases.
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries related to accounts, bonuses, transactions, and betting.
- Work with product teams to resolve technical or operational issues affecting customers.
- Manage customer withdrawal approval processes for the Sports product.
- Coordinate with the Payments team to support accurate and compliant withdrawal processing.
- Support customer account operations, including account opening, suspension, closure, limits, and account-related requests.
- Provide operational support to other departments, especially during off-hours.
- Escalate and report operational issues in a timely manner.
- Support special projects and cross-departmental initiatives when assigned.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree is required; relevant fields such as Business, Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Economics, Administration, Education, Healthcare, or related areas are preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office.
- Positive attitude and proactive problem-solving approach.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
