NPO USA is hiring a Middleware Support Engineer for a full-time remote role in Armenia. The role focuses on middleware administration, performance optimization, security and compliance, automation, incident support, and collaboration with engineering and infrastructure teams.
Обязанности
- Install, configure, and maintain Apache, IBM WebSphere, Tomcat, and IIS environments; manage deployments, patches, and upgrades; monitor performance and troubleshoot middleware issues; configure clustering and high-availability setups; tune JVMs and servers; apply security patches and SSL/TLS certificates; automate tasks with scripts; integrate systems with CI/CD pipelines; provide L2/L3 support; participate in on-call rotation; and document changes and procedures.
Требования
- Strong hands-on experience with Apache HTTP Server, IBM WebSphere, Tomcat, and IIS; understanding of HTTP/S, J2EE architecture, web services, and application hosting; experience with Linux/Unix and Windows Server; familiarity with load balancers and reverse proxies; scripting skills in Shell, Bash, Python, or PowerShell; experience with monitoring tools like Zabbix; knowledge of SSL certificates, keystores, truststores, and security protocols; and strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
