Обязанности

• - Manage a small product team of 3–5 backend and frontend engineers.
• - Spend part of the role on people management while actively contributing to product development.
• - Support hiring processes and onboarding for new engineers.
• - Manage team dynamics and help each engineer perform at their best.
• - Provide continuous, constructive feedback to team members.
• - Support career growth and development for direct reports.
• - Coach the team and provide technical and professional guidance.
• - Contribute to backend product development and engineering execution.
• - Help redesign engineering workflows using autonomous agents and automation.
• - Build reusable agentic workflows and engineering primitives.
• - Use tests, checks, evaluations, and guardrails to ensure secure and reliable delivery.
• - Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to ship high-quality solutions.

Требования

• - Experience managing an engineering team of at least 2 people.
• - Strong backend engineering experience.
• - Experience with Elixir/Phoenix, Ruby, or functional programming.
• - Strong engineering fundamentals and experience shipping production systems.
• - Ability to build secure, reliable, and scalable systems.
• - Practical experience designing or adopting agentic or automation workflows.
• - Ability to define clear specifications, break down plans, and verify quality.
• - Strong communication and organizational skills.
• - Solid knowledge of engineering principles and development best practices.
• - People-first leadership approach with attention to efficient processes.
• - Ability to inspire others and build confidence within the team.
• - Good understanding of team dynamics.
