Huspy is looking for a Mortgage Consultant to support its mortgage business by generating revenue, processing client mortgage files, building relationships with real estate agencies, and guiding clients through the full mortgage journey. The role is suitable for a sales-driven professional with mortgage, real estate, or financial services experience and strong client relationship management skills.
Обязанности
- Generate revenue by efficiently submitting and processing client mortgage files.
- Prospect and recruit real estate agencies to join the Huspy platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies and partners.
- Acquire mortgage clients through partner networks and direct channels.
- Advise clients on bank products, mortgage policies, and processes.
- Guide clients through the mortgage process from start to finish.
- Support company and channel-related projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams and help resolve operational challenges.
- Maintain a professional, supportive, and client-focused approach.
Требования
- Minimum 1 year of mortgage experience, preferably with Dubai mortgage market knowledge.
- Strong understanding of real estate and financial markets.
- Proven ability to consult, sell, and achieve revenue targets.
- Background in mortgages and/or financial services.
- Strong product knowledge related to mortgage solutions.
- Existing network of real estate introducers or agency partners is preferred.
- Business development mindset and ability to create new opportunities.
- Sales-driven and results-oriented attitude.
- Strong client management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage expectations and provide high-quality professional service.
