- Assist users with account, trading, and transaction inquiries
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases to relevant teams

- Meet service quality and response time targets
- Work collaboratively with global support and operations teams
Требования
- Experience in customer support or service-related roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of cryptocurrency or financial platforms is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
