Yandex is looking for a Key Account Manager in Armenia to manage and grow relationships with strategic partners and key clients. The role focuses on account development, client retention, revenue growth, and coordination between clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and long-term partnerships.
Обязанности
- Manage and develop relationships with key clients and partners
- Identify growth opportunities and increase account revenue
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions and services
- Prepare commercial proposals, reports, and performance analyses
- Monitor client satisfaction and address issues proactively
- Negotiate terms and manage contract renewals
- Track KPIs and achieve sales and retention targets
Требования
- Experience in key account management, sales, or business development
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Client-oriented and results-driven mindset
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
- Experience working with corporate or enterprise clients
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of digital products or advertising platforms is a plus
- Fluency in Armenian and English; Russian is an advantage
