High Ticket Sales Representative

ELVTR is looking for a High Ticket Sales Representative to join its remote sales team and help prospective students choose the right online education programs. This role focuses on warm qualified leads, consultative selling, high-ticket program enrollments, CRM management, relationship building, sales target achievement, and collaboration with Marketing, Admissions, and Student Success teams.
Обязанности
- Conduct sales consultations with warm, pre-qualified leads.
- Understand prospective students’ goals, challenges, and career needs.
- Recommend the right ELVTR program based on the customer’s professional objectives.
- Close high-ticket course enrollments through consultative selling.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students.
- Handle objections professionally and guide customers through the decision-making process.
- Maintain accurate call records and customer interactions in CRM.
- Track sales performance and work toward meeting or exceeding targets.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Admissions, and Student Success teams.
- Share customer insights and feedback to improve programs and sales processes.
- Manage follow-ups and communication with potential students.
- Maintain a professional, helpful, and results-driven sales approach.

- Proven success in sales, preferably high-ticket sales or consultative sales.
- Outstanding written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
- Comfortable working with modern sales tools and CRM platforms.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment.
- Ability to take ownership of personal targets and performance.
- Interest in online education and professional development.
- Team-player mindset and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required for exceptional candidates.
