• Manage product projects from concept to implementation, especially in fintech-related directions such as Landing and Simple Earn.
• Develop process concepts and decompose tasks into clear execution steps.
• Structure workflows and identify key stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal teams, partners, contractors, and outsourced specialists.
• Plan, monitor, and optimize allocated budgets.
• Organize and streamline workflows for smooth team collaboration.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and project progress.
• Balance business goals with team capacity and technical feasibility.
• Set clear tasks and ensure successful execution.
• Stay flexible and adaptive while supporting high-quality delivery.

Требования

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience in IT, crypto, fintech, or related product environments.
• Strong systematic approach to process design and task decomposition.
• Ability to assign responsibilities clearly and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Budget management experience, including financial planning and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to mobilize teams.
• Ability to understand business priorities and team capacity.
• Experience working with distributed teams and external contractors.
• Responsible, proactive, and delivery-oriented mindset.
• Basic understanding of Web3 and the crypto industry is a plus.
