42DM is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to own and coordinate full-funnel marketing programs for B2B technology clients. This role combines client ownership, cross-channel marketing coordination, performance analysis, positioning and messaging alignment, and delivery management across inbound marketing, content-led growth, paid acquisition, ABM, lifecycle nurture, and omnichannel campaign execution.

- Own and coordinate full-funnel marketing programs for B2B technology clients.
- Manage inbound and content-led growth initiatives.
- Coordinate paid acquisition, ABM engagement, lifecycle nurture, and omnichannel campaign execution.
- Align project delivery with client goals, positioning, messaging, and performance targets.
- Manage timelines, priorities, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate work between marketing strategists, content teams, designers, analysts, paid media specialists, SEO teams, and other contributors.
- Track marketing performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Prepare structured reports with actionable insights, decisions, and next steps.
- Support campaign planning, execution, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
- Ensure marketing projects are delivered on time and according to quality standards.
- Stay current on B2B marketing, AI-driven advertising, automation, AEO trends, and performance optimization approaches.
Требования
- 2+ years of experience in project management within digital marketing, B2B marketing, or an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels such as SEO/SEM, email marketing, web, social media, and ABM.
- Understanding of how marketing channels contribute to full-funnel performance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong prioritization, deadline management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with B2B tech clients is a strong advantage.
- Understanding of full-funnel B2B marketing and pipeline-driven KPIs is preferred.
- Experience with performance marketing, inbound marketing, content marketing, or demand generation is preferred.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret marketing performance data.
- Ability to prepare clear reports and actionable recommendations.
- Organized, proactive, and results-focused working style.
- English communication skills are required.
