- Assist users with account, trading, and transaction-related issues
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to relevant internal teams

- Follow internal policies, security, and compliance procedures
- Meet service quality, response time, and customer satisfaction targets
Требования
- Experience in customer support or service-related roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Basic understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, or financial services is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is an advantage
