SoftConstruct is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join its Customer Support team in Yerevan. This full-time role focuses on assisting customers through online and phone support, providing clear information about websites, procedures, payments, and requests, and working closely with supervisors and other departments to resolve customer issues.
Обязанности
- Deliver customer service through online and phone support.
- Help customers by providing accurate and timely solutions.
- Work with supervisors and different departments to resolve customer issues.
- Provide detailed information about websites, procedures, payments, and requests.
- Translate database information related to registered bets.
- Maintain clear, polite, and professional communication with customers.
- Work effectively in a shift-based customer support environment.
Требования
- Excellent spoken and written Turkish.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of any other foreign language is an advantage.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and pressure.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Patient, understanding, and customer-oriented personality.
- Previous customer support experience is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and on-site.
