Visa is looking for a Client Consulting Manager in Armenia to lead consulting initiatives with bank partners and clients. The role focuses on developing strategic frameworks, analyzing large data sets, producing actionable insights, and delivering recommendations that help clients improve performance, grow portfolios, and strengthen customer engagement.
Обязанности
- Lead consulting initiatives and project teams with Visa’s bank partners.
- Engage with internal Visa teams in strategic and planning discussions.
- Develop frameworks, approaches, solutions, and recommendations for client challenges.
- Build measurable insights to help clients grow portfolios and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, risk, innovation, and regional teams.
- Produce analyses and recommendations to improve client performance and growth.
- Analyze large industry and Visa data sets to identify meaningful insights.
- Create scalable solutions, toolkits, best-practice documents, and consulting approaches.
- Manage multiple consulting workstreams and client-facing priorities.
- Support strategic mentorship and guidance for client priorities across segments.
Требования
- 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or relevant experience with an advanced degree.
- Strong background in consulting, strategy, analytics, business advisory, or related fields.
- At least 4 years of experience in strategy consulting is preferred.
- Experience in Big 3, Big 4 advisory, or other strategy consulting firms is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, financial, and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel modelling skills.
- Experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.
- Knowledge of banking operations, payment schemes, card issuing, or financial services.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, collaborative, and flexible.
- Interest in digital trends, payments technology, and innovation.
