As an Account Manager, you will manage and grow relationships with customers, ensure successful project execution, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality manufacturing solutions.
Обязанности
- Manage and develop relationships with assigned customer accounts
- Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Ensure timely delivery and high service quality
- Identify upselling and account growth opportunities
- Monitor account performance and customer satisfaction
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and account updates
- Resolve issues and manage escalations when necessary
Требования
- Experience in account management, sales, or customer success roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer-oriented and results-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Analytical skills and experience with reporting
- Familiarity with B2B, manufacturing, or industrial services is a plus
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
