• Analyze complex or high-risk trade transactions requiring expert judgment.
• Provide justified decisions on HS classification and customs valuation.
• Apply international standards such as the WCO HS framework and WTO Valuation Agreement.
• Document clear and structured reasoning for consistent reuse.
• Review and validate AI-generated classification and valuation results.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and gaps in AI reasoning or supporting evidence.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI models, datasets, and logic.
• Highlight recurring issues and support continuous improvement.
• Assess the relevance and comparability of valuation and classification evidence.
• Ensure alignment between product descriptions, evidence, and regulations.
• Identify edge cases and limitations in AI performance.

Требования

• Proven experience in customs valuation and/or HS classification.
• Strong knowledge of HS Classification, including GRI and Explanatory Notes.
• Strong knowledge of WTO Customs Valuation methodologies.
• Understanding of international trade practices and documentation.
• Experience handling complex or disputed customs cases.
• Ability to interpret and challenge AI-generated outputs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong reasoning, attention to detail, and regulatory interpretation skills.
• Ability to structure expert knowledge into reusable logic.
• Experience with structured data or AI-supported systems is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• French language skills are a strong advantage.
