Обязанности

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing affiliates, KOLs, trading communities, and strategic partners.
• Drive affiliate performance growth across user acquisition, trading volume, retention, and revenue contribution.
• Monitor affiliate performance metrics and identify risks, abnormal behavior, or growth opportunities.
• Handle affiliate concerns such as commission disputes, competitor poaching, and operational escalations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams.
• Design and execute joint campaigns, incentive programs, and partnership initiatives.
• Analyze affiliate ROI, trading behavior, lifecycle performance, and ecosystem efficiency.
• Identify and prevent risks such as wash trading, arbitrage abuse, multi-accounting, or non-compliant traffic sources.
• Track competitor affiliate programs, commission structures, and industry trends.
• Support affiliate onboarding, due diligence, and long-term relationship development.

Требования

• Experience in crypto, FX, CFD, trading platforms, or related financial industries.
• Familiarity with exchange affiliate ecosystems, commission structures, and rebate mechanisms.
• Experience in affiliate marketing, key account management, or B2B partnership management.
• Strong understanding of affiliate lifecycle management and partner incentive systems.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive partner situations professionally.
• Good analytical skills, including trading volume, retention, ROI, and behavioral trend analysis.
• Commercial negotiation skills for exclusive partnerships, tiered commissions, and co-marketing campaigns.
• Strong risk awareness around affiliate abuse, compliance issues, and suspicious trading activity.
• Cross-cultural communication skills; experience with LATAM, MENA, SEA, or global markets is preferred.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English is required; Arabic or Russian is an advantage.
• Trading, quantitative trading, compliance, risk control, due diligence, or online community management experience is a plus.
