Cost Optimisation Product Manager

Social Discovery Group is looking for a Cost Optimisation Product Manager to turn partner cost optimisation operations into a self-sustaining product. This role owns the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and focuses on replacing manual work with automated product solutions, improving partner operations, reducing costs, resolving issues automatically, and creating measurable financial impact.

- Own the full product lifecycle, including discovery, prioritisation, specifications, delivery, and iteration.
- Map current manual operations such as partner analytics, escalations, write-offs, refunds, and chargebacks.
- Build product solutions that reduce or eliminate manual operational work.
- Create a product that automatically surfaces cost-reduction opportunities.
- Replace manual reporting cycles with real-time signals and automated insights.
- Design partner-facing flows for automated issue resolution.
- Support automated write-off processing, refund handling, chargeback handling, and payout adjustment logic.
- Define and instrument metrics such as cost per partner, manual task volume, resolution time, and revshare rate trends.
- Work directly with engineering and data teams to ship product improvements.
- Write clear specifications, unblock development, and own the roadmap.
- Identify and integrate tools such as CRM automation, reporting pipelines, and workflow engines.
- Deliver a long-term initiatives roadmap with measurable financial impact.
Требования
- English C1 and Russian C1 are mandatory.
- Spanish or Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- Proven product management experience shipping internal tools, automation platforms, or operational products.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to read data, form hypotheses, and validate them through product delivery.
- Experience working with partner networks, marketplace operations, or vendor management workflows as a product owner.
- Ability to translate complex operational problems into clear product requirements.
- Advanced Google Sheets or data tooling skills.
- Ability to prototype operational logic before engineering implementation.
- Experience in finance, billing, or cost optimisation is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with engineering, data, and business teams.
