As a Customer Success Manager, you will build long-term relationships with nonprofit clients, ensure successful onboarding and product adoption, and drive customer satisfaction and retention in a fast-growing, remote-first environment.

- Support onboarding and product adoption processes
- Understand client goals and provide strategic guidance
- Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with product and support teams to resolve issues
- Prepare reports and performance updates for clients
- Drive retention and expansion within assigned accounts
Требования
- Experience in customer success, account management, or SaaS roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data
- Client-oriented and proactive approach
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Understanding of nonprofit sector or fundraising is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
