- Provide technical support to customers using hosting services, troubleshoot server and website issues, assist with DNS and hosting configurations, respond to support tickets, and ensure high-quality customer service while resolving technical problems efficiently.

- Experience with web hosting environments, knowledge of Linux servers and hosting control panels such as cPanel, strong troubleshooting skills, customer service experience, and the ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to users.
