Fundraise Up /Product Analyst, Donor Portal

Fundraise Up is hiring a Product Analyst for the Donor Portal team in Armenia, remote. Fundraise Up is a modern fundraising platform built to make donating to nonprofits faster and more convenient. The Donor Portal team owns the post-donation experience, focusing on reducing churn, increasing subscription LTV, improving subscription management, and enhancing donor communications. The team is Russian-speaking, with professional working English required at B1 level or higher.
Обязанности
- Run A/B tests.
- Identify insights in data, conduct research, and help product teams uncover growth opportunities.
- Work with retention rate and subscription/supporter LTV metrics.
- Design and build data marts.
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards.
- Handle ad-hoc requests from product teams.
Требования
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Product Analyst.
- Strong foundation in mathematical statistics and probability theory.
- Advanced SQL proficiency.
- Strong Python skills, including NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Scikit-learn.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase.
- Strong written English for documentation and communication.
- Proactive, detail-oriented mindset and passion for solving complex problems.
