EasyPay Armenia is looking for a Call Center Specialist to join its customer support team. The role involves handling customer inquiries related to payment services, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while complying with company procedures and service standards.
Обязанности
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide information about EasyPay services and payment solutions
- Register and process customer requests and inquiries
- Resolve customer issues or escalate complex cases when required
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Follow service quality standards and call center procedures
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and service improvement
Требования
- Experience in call center or customer service roles is an advantage
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving ability
- Basic computer and system navigation skills
- Ability to work in shifts if required
- Knowledge of financial or payment services is a plus
