Обязанности

• Ensure quality goals for TeamViewer ONE and Remote Management solutions.
• Align testing efforts across teams and drive quality standards for Remote Access & Control.
• Lead, coach, and mentor QA engineers.
• Maintain and improve test automation frameworks.
• Perform manual and exploratory testing when needed.
• Introduce AI tools and modern QA practices into the quality assurance process.
• Communicate with customers to analyze and resolve product defects.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams worldwide.
• Introduce new tools, techniques, and processes to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Advocate for quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Ensure software is secure, stable, scalable, and efficient.
• Monitor technical developments and propose improvements.
• Guide team members on QA topics relevant to the product.

Требования

• University or college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Solid hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong focus on scalability, performance, and efficient software validation.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Ranorex, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Antigravity.
• Proven experience in senior QA or QA Lead roles.
• Experience with team management and mentoring.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to drive quality initiatives.
• Experience with agile software delivery and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work independently across departments.
• 8+ years of professional experience in software development or QA-related fields.
• Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality software.
