ZeptoLab /Social Media Manager

ZeptoLab is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to own and grow the social media presence of Bullet Echo. This role focuses on building the game’s voice across key platforms, managing the content calendar, creating platform-specific content, working with creative teams, testing formats, tracking performance, and driving player engagement through social media.
Обязанности
- Own and manage the social media content calendar across key platforms.
- Create, write, and package content tailored to each platform.
- Manage content for Telegram, Discord, X, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
- Keep social content aligned with game updates, events, campaigns, and partnerships.
- Brief designers and video editors on banners, videos, memes, announcement packs, and stories.
- Test formats, hooks, CTAs, and posting times to improve reach and engagement.
- Track performance metrics such as engagement rate, reach, views, CTR, and follower growth.
- Use performance data to improve future content.
- Follow social media trends, memes, references, and competitor activity.
- Work closely with Marketing, LiveOps, Art, and Product teams.
Требования
- Experience running social media for games, entertainment, or digital products.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Good understanding of how content works differently on each platform.
- Ability to build and manage content calendars independently.
- Experience working with creatives, including briefing, giving feedback, and moving tasks forward.
- Basic Photoshop skills.
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of the workflow.
- Analytical mindset and ability to read metrics and act on them.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of platform culture, trends, and memes.
- English communication skills.
- Russian language skills are an advantage.
