NOVACARD is hiring an Application Support Engineer (L2) to ensure the stability and performance of business-critical applications by investigating incidents, analyzing system behavior, and resolving complex technical issues. The role includes working with cross-functional teams, improving support processes, and using strong SQL and technical communication skills in a production environment.
Обязанности
- Provide second-line technical support for company applications, monitor system performance and availability, register and analyze incoming tickets, resolve incidents and service requests, collaborate with engineers and specialists from other teams, participate in incident management, and maintain support documentation.
Требования
- English level B2 or higher, strong T-SQL skills, basic knowledge of Swagger or API documentation tools, experience with monitoring systems such as Grafana and Zabbix, technical education, at least 1 year of experience in technical or application support, willingness to learn, analytical mindset, stress resistance, and good communication skills.
