Emirates is hiring Cabin Crew members to deliver a world-class inflight customer experience. This role is suitable for confident, service-oriented, and internationally minded candidates who enjoy working with people, travelling, and representing one of the world’s leading airline brands. Cabin Crew members are based in Dubai and are responsible for customer safety, comfort, service quality, and maintaining Emirates’ professional standards onboard.
Обязанности
- Deliver excellent customer service to passengers during flights.
- Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the journey.
- Represent the Emirates brand with professionalism, empathy, and cultural awareness.
- Work as part of a multicultural cabin crew team.
- Follow airline safety, service, and operational procedures.
- Assist passengers with requests, questions, and inflight needs.
- Handle service situations calmly and professionally.
- Maintain high grooming, communication, and presentation standards.
- Support a positive and premium customer experience onboard.
Требования
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
- At least 21 years old.
- Minimum height of 160 cm.
- Ability to reach 212 cm.
- Able to meet UAE employment visa requirements.
- At least 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience.
- Minimum high school / Grade 12 education.
- No visible tattoos while wearing Emirates cabin crew uniform.
- Natural team player with a positive and professional personality.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Cultural awareness and ability to work in an international environment.
