Policy Overview
At ANQ, we strive to ensure satisfaction for both Clients and Professionals. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which a refund may be issued.
All payments are held in our secure Escrow system until the task is marked complete. This allows us to protect both parties and facilitate fair refunds when necessary.
Refund Eligibility
You MAY be eligible for a refund if:
- The Professional cancels the task before starting work.
- Work was not delivered by the agreed deadline without a valid reason.
- Delivered work significantly deviates from the project description.
- The Professional is unresponsive for a prolonged period.
- Both parties mutually agree to cancel the project.
You are generally NOT eligible if:
- You simply changed your mind after the work has been completed.
- You approved the work and released the escrow funds.
- The issue stems from a lack of clear instructions provided by you.
- The task was completed according to the agreed specifications.
- The refund request is made outside the allowed dispute window.
