Cardholder Data Privacy Policy
ANQ applies strict safeguards to cardholder information and uses licensed payment processors for card transaction handling.
ANQ does not store full card numbers (PAN), CVV/CVC, or sensitive authentication data on its application servers.
Card data entry and processing are handled by approved payment partners operating under applicable card-network and security standards.
Only limited transaction metadata (for example, token/last4, amount, timestamp, payment status) is retained for reconciliation, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal compliance.
Access to payment-related metadata is limited to authorized personnel with role-based controls and audit logging.
Cardholder information is used solely for payment processing, fraud prevention, support, and compliance obligations, and is never sold.
