Coffee House /Project Manager
Overview
Responsibilities
- Manage projects end-to-end, from initiation to completion (IT, operational projects, etc.)
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Plan and forecast resources, coordinating internal teams and external partners/vendors
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control
- Create detailed project schedules and work plans
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management
- Manage vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and aligning on expected deliverables
- Apply industry best practices, tools, and standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and make adjustments when needed
- Measure project performance and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Prepare clear and structured project status reports for senior management
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management
- Strong budgeting and financial planning skills
- Big-picture thinking with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship-building abilities
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of organization and multitasking ability
- Experience working with project management tools (Asana, Jira, MS Project, etc.)
