• Process deposit and withdrawal transactions accurately and on time.
• Verify payment request details through internal back-end systems.
• Audit transactions to identify irregularities or potential fraud risks.
• Escalate suspicious or complex payment issues to the relevant departments.
• Coordinate with internal teams and payment partners to resolve payment-related concerns.
• Provide timely updates to senior team members or shift leaders.
• Support operational improvements to increase quality and efficiency.
• Manage audit remediation tasks and help maintain proper controls.
• Communicate across chat, email, and other platforms when resolving payment issues.
• Work effectively in a fast-changing 24/7 operations environment.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Head of Operations.

Պահանջներ

• Bachelor’s degree is required; a degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, Auditing, or related fields is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude and proactive problem-solving approach.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
