Huspy /Product Designer

Huspy is looking for a Product Designer to shape the user experience of its real estate and proptech products. The role focuses on designing intuitive, high-impact product experiences from ideation to implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting user research, improving released features, and maintaining a consistent customer-centric design approach.
Պարտականություններ
- Own the end-to-end UX for product features from discovery to final implementation.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality UI designs.
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and contextual research.
- Use analytics and user feedback to improve released features.
- Maintain a consistent user experience across the product.
- Support design decisions with data, research, and product goals.
- Contribute to design systems and scalable design patterns.
- Mentor junior team members when needed.
- Review feature success after launch and suggest improvements.
Պահանջներ
- Minimum 4 years of UX/UI design experience.
- Experience designing for web, mobile apps, e-commerce, dashboards, B2B, and B2C products.
- Strong portfolio with successfully launched product design projects.
- Strong prototyping, testing, and iteration mindset.
- Strong user-centric design approach.
- Excellent UI design skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience with Figma and design systems.
- Ability to collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams.
- Strong understanding of branding and visual consistency.
- Applications without a portfolio may not be considered.
- Motion design, Lottie animations, HTML, or CSS knowledge is a plus.
