• Recommend improvements based on data and account insights.
• Work with regional and global teams to improve merchant experience.
• Represent Unlimit as a trusted commercial and payment partner.
• Manage multiple accounts, priorities, and stakeholders.
• Deliver results within challenging timelines.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the payments industry.
• Strong understanding of acquiring, merchant services, or payment partnerships.
• Proven experience managing merchants or payment partners.
• Ability to grow accounts commercially.
• Experience with hunting and farming sales responsibilities.
• Strong upsell and cross-sell experience.
• Ability to analyze performance data and communicate insights clearly.
• Proactive, resilient, and self-starting mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional communication skills.
