Insomnia Cookies is looking for an experienced Senior Field HR Business Partner to support its growing Central and West Coast field organization. This role acts as a strategic people advisor to regional and market leaders, translating business goals into people strategies that improve performance, engagement, retention, compliance, and culture across a multi-state retail and hospitality environment.

- Partner with Regional Directors and Field Operations leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
- Support workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Use HR data and insights to identify trends in engagement, retention, performance, and talent gaps.
- Act as an escalation point for complex employee relations matters.
- Support performance management, corrective actions, investigations, and terminations.
- Coach field leaders on people management, difficult conversations, and risk mitigation.
- Partner with Talent and Operations teams on hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
- Advise leaders on compensation, job leveling, promotions, and performance-based rewards.
- Support benefits communication and learning and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple jurisdictions.
- Partner with the broader People Team on enterprise-wide HR initiatives.
- Travel as needed to support field teams and regional business needs.
Պահանջներ
- 8–10 years of progressive HR experience.
- Significant experience supporting field-based, multi-unit, retail, restaurant, or hospitality teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of direct human resource management experience.
- Experience supporting multi-state and high-growth organizations.
- Strong employee relations expertise.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing without direct authority.
- Strong business acumen and data-informed problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with leaders and teams.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, especially California employment regulations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to learn and use HRIS systems.
- High integrity, discretion, organization, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
