• Partner with Regional Directors and Field Operations leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
• Support workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Use HR data and insights to identify trends in engagement, retention, performance, and talent gaps.
• Act as an escalation point for complex employee relations matters.
• Support performance management, corrective actions, investigations, and terminations.
• Coach field leaders on people management, difficult conversations, and risk mitigation.
• Partner with Talent and Operations teams on hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
• Advise leaders on compensation, job leveling, promotions, and performance-based rewards.
• Support benefits communication and learning and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple jurisdictions.
• Partner with the broader People Team on enterprise-wide HR initiatives.
• Travel as needed to support field teams and regional business needs.

Պահանջներ

• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience.
• Significant experience supporting field-based, multi-unit, retail, restaurant, or hospitality teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of direct human resource management experience.
• Experience supporting multi-state and high-growth organizations.
• Strong employee relations expertise.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing without direct authority.
• Strong business acumen and data-informed problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with leaders and teams.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, especially California employment regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to learn and use HRIS systems.
• High integrity, discretion, organization, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
