• Manage long-term relationships with TUMO’s international partners and franchise accounts.
• Act as a key point of contact between TUMO HQ and assigned partner centers.
• Support partner success after launch and during ongoing operations.
• Coordinate communication between partners and internal TUMO teams.
• Track account needs, operational requests, and follow-up actions.
• Help ensure that TUMO’s educational model and standards are properly represented.
• Support international partnership growth and account development.
• Prepare updates, reports, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Travel regularly when needed to work with partners in person and remotely.

• Experience in account management, partner management, project management, or international operations.
