SEED Global Education is looking for a Jr. Counsellor to support individuals through personal and educational guidance. The role focuses on one-on-one counselling, helping clients define goals, developing personalized action plans, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with experienced team members to improve service delivery.

- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with clients.
- Support individuals in identifying personal goals and challenges.
- Assist in developing personalized action plans.

- Communicate with clients in a supportive, clear, and professional manner.

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, Education, or a related field.

- Ability to work remotely within Asia/Jakarta +/- 4 hours timezone.
