• Check, award, and track bonuses across multiple products.
• Ensure timely and accurate bonus distribution according to promotional guidelines and company policies.
• Maintain detailed records of bonus transactions and updates.
• Gather and analyze data related to player statistics, product performance, and promotional effectiveness.
• Prepare reports and maintain specialized operational databases.
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries related to accounts, bonuses, transactions, and betting.
• Work with product teams to resolve technical or operational issues affecting customers.
• Manage customer withdrawal approval processes for the Sports product.
• Coordinate with the Payments team to support accurate and compliant withdrawal processing.
• Support customer account operations, including account opening, suspension, closure, limits, and account-related requests.
• Provide operational support to other departments, especially during off-hours.
• Escalate and report operational issues in a timely manner.
• Support special projects and cross-departmental initiatives when assigned.

Պահանջներ

• Bachelor’s degree is required; relevant fields such as Business, Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Economics, Administration, Education, Healthcare, or related areas are preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude and proactive problem-solving approach.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
