Digitain is a leading iGaming software provider seeking an International Customer Support Specialist to deliver high-quality support to international partners and clients. The role focuses on handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless service experience in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.
Պարտականություններ
- Provide professional customer support to international clients via chat, email, and phone
- Handle inquiries related to products, services, and system usage
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate technical cases when required
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
- Cooperate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution
- Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards
- Work in shifts, including night and weekend rotations when required
Պահանջներ
- Experience in customer support or service roles (iGaming experience is a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Ability to work in a shift-based environment
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Basic computer literacy and system navigation skills
