• Lead platform and feature development from problem statement to production deployment.
• Build and improve agentic AI tooling, workflows, and development processes.
• Work across backend, infrastructure, CLI tools, API services, Kubernetes, and frontend code when needed.
• Make technical decisions based on quality, performance, security, maintainability, and user impact.
• Implement quality gates and improve product reliability.
• Monitor product quality and resolve technical issues or bugs.
• Identify technical debt and suggest improvements to the technology stack.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business value and propose technical alternatives.
• Support users of internal platform and tooling.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to engineering team growth.
• Participate in technical planning, architecture discussions, and process improvements.

Պահանջներ

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience with systems-level or backend technologies such as Rust, Go, C/C++, or Java.
• Experience with DevOps, including containers, observability, and CI/CD.
• Rust experience is preferred.
• Kubernetes and Helm experience is preferred.
• Infrastructure-as-code experience, such as Terraform or similar tools, is preferred.
• Cloud platform experience is preferred; GCP is preferred, while AWS or Azure is also acceptable.
• React or frontend development experience is a plus.
• Experience using agentic development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, OpenCode, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of functional and object-oriented programming.
• Strong knowledge of automated testing and software quality practices.
• Ability to work with high autonomy and identify what needs to be built.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong architecture mindset, attention to quality, and team-oriented approach.
