• Design new features for card services to support product growth and improve operations.
• Help design and evolve debit card products and access cards for a credit line.
• Prepare clear and structured documentation for developers.
• Design APIs and system integrations from scratch.
• Improve existing APIs, integrations, and technical workflows.
• Design new services and enhance current card-related services.
• Build and manage integrations with internal teams and external providers.
• Take responsibility for tasks from business request to production release.
• Work closely with product, engineering, QA, operations, and business teams.
• Set tasks for developers and QA engineers using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Initiate and manage the release process.
• Monitor service performance after release.
• Handle incidents in production and support incident resolution.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical product solutions.

Պահանջներ

• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Technical Product Manager.
• Experience in fintech, banking, payment services, or payment systems is preferred.
• Understanding of how acquirers, issuers, and payment systems interact.
• Strong knowledge of microservice architecture and system design.
• Experience designing APIs and integrations from scratch.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with incident analysis and production issue resolution.
• Ability to prepare clear technical documentation for engineering teams.
• Experience managing tasks, releases, and technical delivery processes.
• Proactive mindset and readiness to suggest and implement improvements.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and complex technical systems.
• English communication skills are required.
