Globalink Logistics is looking for an HR Representative to support daily human resources operations in its Yerevan office. The role focuses on recruitment support, employee documentation, onboarding, internal communication, HR administration, personnel records, and coordination between employees and management in a logistics and transportation environment.
Պարտականություններ
- Support recruitment and hiring processes.
- Screen CVs and coordinate interviews with candidates and managers.
- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR-related documents, contracts, letters, and internal forms.
- Support attendance, leave, and employee data tracking.
- Assist with internal communication between employees and management.
- Support HR policies, procedures, and company compliance processes.
- Coordinate training, employee engagement, and administrative HR activities.
- Help resolve employee questions and escalate HR matters when needed.
- Support office administration tasks related to HR operations.
Պահանջներ
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous HR, recruitment, or administrative experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of HR processes and employee documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work with employees, managers, and candidates professionally.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Armenian language fluency is required.
- Good English and/or Russian communication skills are preferred.
- Responsible, proactive, and team-oriented personality.
