Next Challenge /Marketing Creative Lead

NextChallenge is looking for a Marketing Creative Lead to drive creative strategy and execution across performance marketing campaigns. In this role, you will lead the ideation, production, and optimization of marketing creatives, working closely with marketing, design, and growth teams to maximize campaign impact and performance across digital channels.
