Manage and develop relationships with assigned client accounts
Serve as the main point of contact for English-speaking clients
Understand client needs and coordinate solutions with internal teams
Prepare reports, presentations, and account updates
Monitor account performance and ensure service quality
Resolve client issues and maintain long-term partnerships
Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
Ensure compliance with company processes and standards

Experience in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Client-oriented and results-driven mindset
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience in IT, iGaming, or tech companies is a plus
