- Handle customer messages and lead follow-up.
- Support users with app and login issues.
- Collect screenshots and prepare bug reports when technical issues appear.
- Update CRM records and dashboards accurately.
- Send daily reports about customer communication and lead status.
- Make or respond to 50–100 calls or messages per day.
- Support qualified bookings and follow up with potential FRANK members.
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams.
Պահանջներ
- Fluent English.
- Russian language is a plus.
- Ability to make or handle 50–100 calls or messages per day.
- Fast and comfortable with CRM systems, apps, and dashboards.
- Comfortable handling basic technical issues.
- Technical background is a plus.
- Experience in SaaS, app support, real estate, sales, or customer support is an advantage.
- Ability to work 10 AM – 7 PM UAE time, 6 days per week.
